We always seek to have refunds paid directly to you. In rare cases, the organisation may route payment through Lockyer McKail, but our commission is only invoiced once funds have reached you. If no refund is recovered, there is no fee.

A former Registered Nurse and Psychotherapist who worked for many years in mental health, Tim held several management positions in healthcare. Tim also has significant business experience, as a property investor, franchise owner and business owner.

Anthony Levchenko-Scott
Anthony is a university student studying for a Bachelor of Commerce, majoring in Finance. In his spare time, Anthony volunteers as an Adult Instructor with the Australian Air Force Cadets.
